We need to find another date to meet to organize the work for the database and calendar. Donna, Lisa, Alice and I met with Marcia Green this morning. She is going to run the information in the VB. We also need to get a letter and template out to the "big list" of World Cafe invitees too. We need to decide what we are going to do at the Back to School Event. What dates work for you over the week of July 19? Please advise as soon as possible. We should include people who said they would work on the calendar and the multicultural group too.

I'd also like to select a date for our "commemoration" and would like to know what works for all of you the week of August 9th.

Lazy days of summer...I think not. We all should find some time for a little rest and relaxation.
